Two bedroom fully modernised cottage - Lavernat

This beautiful, highly presented cottage is just five minutes walk from the village of Lavernat, in the region between the River Loir and the Forest of Bercé. It accommodates 4 people on a self catering basis.

Situated just a half hour drive from the bustling city of Le Mans, famous for its annual 24 hour car, truck and motorcycle racing.

Friendly English owners on site should you require any help or information.

One bedroom quaint cottage - Le Lude

This cosy one bedroom cottage is right on the edge of the grounds of the chateaux at Le Lude. It is in the middle of the countryside, but also 5 minutes drive from the centre of the town. It accommodates two people.

Friendly English couple who are happy to do either self catering or bed and breakfast, the choice is yours.

This large 3 bedroom farmhouse sleeps up to 8 people. Fantastically appointed and in beautiful well appointed gardens with large above ground swimming pool.

English run self catering property in July and August. However, bed and breakfast is offered outside of these months.

Attached one bedroom gite - Villaines La Juhel

This gite is attached to the above farmhouse so is ideal for two families to let out to allow each family a touch of privacy. However, it is totally self contained, with it's own open plan kitchen, dining and living area.

One/two bedroom fully modernised village house - St Jean de La Motte

A lovely one/two bedroom village house in the quaint village of St Jean de La motte, about 25 minutes from Le Mans. Situated on the edge of the village near to commerces.

Prices for each property are given. A deposit wil be taken to confirm the reservation. If you cancel a confirmed booking, within14 days or less before the first night booked - guests must pay the full cost of the accommodation. However if we are able to relet the rooms/gites then a refund will be provided. -
